International Shipping

International delivery charges vary and are calculated based on your order’s destination, size, weight, and value. It is therefore imperative to use the “Request a Quote” option when placing your order. Please also add the correct and complete shipping address and NO PO Box addresses. This will allow the La Lush team to obtain the most accurate quotation from our courier partner DHL Express. Once we have received this quotation, we will email you with the amount whereby you will have the option to proceed with your payment or cancel if you so wish.

Please note: Orders will only be shipped once your payment reflects in our bank account.

Once your order has reached the country to which you are sending it, a customs clearing agent will contact you on the number which you have provided, to advise you of the customs clearance and VAT fee applicable to your order. They will advise you of the payment banking details thereof – please note you are liable for these charges, and your order will not be released by Customs until such time that you have processed the payment. La Lush is, unfortunately, unable to control these charges as they are determined by the customs office in your country.

Please ensure that your country’s laws permit the products bought from our store to enter your country.

La Lush cannot be held responsible for any late deliveries which occur as a result of accidents, flat tires, incorrect delivery addresses, flight delays, or any other unforeseen circumstances.

La Lush cannot be held responsible for items that are not allowed into your country and have been confiscated by your country’s customs services. Always ensure that all items in your order are allowed to enter your country.

If you have placed an order for items that are not physically on our premises, we will notify you immediately within 24 hours to advise you on the quickest turnaround time available to you on your order. We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Orders are only shipped on working days (Monday to Friday), excluding weekends, and public holidays.

We do however provide the option for collection by your courier from our store at Shop I (Upper Level), 86 Rietfontein Road, Jan Smutsville, Boksburg, 1459, should you wish to receive your order earlier than what our courier services can deliver. Please ensure you advise us of this in the comments section of your order checkout.

Whilst La Lush’s service delivery is all about quick turnaround times – in the rare instance that we are unable to honour our dispatch rule, we will contact you personally to notify you of the delay – either by email or via the contact number which you have provided.
