DISCREET DELIVERY SERVICE

We ensure every parcel is meticulously and well-packed with no indication on the outside of its contents or origin. We only make use of plain, discreet box packaging with no branding.

After receiving payment, all orders will be dispatched within 24 – 48 hours (during weekdays). Most orders are delivered within 1-3 working days. It depends on the remoteness of your location and on which delivery method you choose.

The options for delivery are Door-to-Door Courier Services (R99) 

SURCHARGES

  • HIGH-RISK ZONES -These areas are considered unsafe for couriers to travel and a surcharge (over and above the shipping cost) is applied.  An invoice will be sent prior to dispatch should you reside in a “high-risk”-considered area.  Please use this link to check – type the word “SURCHARGE” in the search box and scroll for your area.

  • OUTLYING AREAS –  These are areas that fall outside of the main delivery centres.  An additional surcharge of up to R250 may apply for outlying areas.  An invoice will be sent to you for payment prior to dispatch.

HIGH-RISK ZONES /POLICE STATION DELIVERIES

  • Due to the high rate of theft and hijackings, some areas are deemed as ‘hotspots/ high-risk/red zones by our courier partners, and will only be serviced to the local police station and you will be required to collect your order at the police station as opposed to getting a typical door-to-door delivery.

  • If you reside in a high-risk area, you will get a telephone call from the courier ON THE DAY of delivery to arrange a police station pick up.  Unfortunately, we have no knowledge beforehand, and therefore we do not have control over this.  We apologise in advance for this inconvenience.

  • Please click the link to check if you reside in a high-risk zone 

  • Use the search facility on the top right with the word SURCHARGE followed by the area you live in.

Pudo to your nearest Pudo Locker (R80). Please leave us a note when you place your order or send us an email at [email protected] to let us know to which Pudo Locker you would prefer your delivery to be made if there is more than one Pudo Locker location in your town or city.

PostNet to your nearest PostNet Branch (R109). Please leave us a note when you place your order or send us an email at [email protected] to let us know which PostNet branch you would prefer to deliver to if there is more than one PostNet in your town or city.

Note: There is no insurance on packages sent from PostNet to PostNet.

Collection at the La Lush Adult Boutique, Shop I (Upper Level), 86 Rietfontein Road, Jan Smutsville, Boksburg. If you choose this option a notification will be sent once your order is ready for collection. Please make sure to arrange a time and date in advance for your collection.

Returns and Exchanges

When unpacking a product, there is always a small possibility that the product might be faulty. Therefore, in this case, please put it back in the original packaging and contact us straight away, so we can subsequently sort out a replacement or a credit. Most importantly, the product must be in original condition and in its original packaging.

Please keep your invoice and the packaging for products with a manufacturer’s warranty for the duration of the warranty. All other products that don’t have a manufacturer’s warranty will still be covered for 6 months under the Consumer Protection Act.

Please Note: If we have collected an item from you and it turns out not to be faulty you will be held responsible for the delivery fee for both the collection and delivery of the non-defective item.

Due to the intimate nature of the products and the protection of our customers, we cannot refund or replace a product once shipped unless it has a factory fault. Once it leaves our store, there’s no way for us to know whether a product has been used or not, even if the packaging looks untouched. So to be super safe, we cannot accept returns.

We don’t accept any returns on lingerie for hygienic reasons.

Cancellation of orders

In the event that you wish to cancel your order before it has been booked for shipment a 6% fee (of the total invoice amount) will be deducted and the refund for the cancelled order is to be paid (refunded) to your bank account.

Please note that a refund will take 3 – 5 working days to reflect in your bank account.

Is it safe to Order Online?

It is a natural feeling to hesitate to put your personal details or payment information on a website. We make use of secure payment gateways Payfast and PayGate to collect payments online. Personal information like banking details and credit or debit card details are not stored on our website.

Privacy and Confidentiality

Your privacy and confidentiality are treated with the utmost priority. None of your information is shared with third parties. We will only use your email address and/or phone number to contact you (the account holder) if necessary to confirm the delivery of your orders. Upon receipt of your order, we will dispatch your package in nondescript packaging. That means absolutely no indication of what the contents are or where the parcel is coming from. No branding or website is mentioned anywhere.
