Warm your Fleshlight Sleeve by removing it from the case and running warm water through the sleeve for about 5 mins.

Do NOT boil or microwave your sleeve!

Shake off the water and re-insert the sleeve into the Flashlight Style Case, adjust the tightness of the cap to control the suction, and finish by applying a liberal amount of Fleshlube lubricant to the Go Torque non-anatomical orifice and yourself.
